Move over overnight oats- there’s a new act in town 🤩!
🎉 You HAVE to try these baked oats 🎉
As the weather has shifted, I’ve been craving something warm + cozy to eat - and these peanut butter cookie 🍪 baked oats certainly do the trick! Packed with protein, warm + gooey, and super filling, these oats will have you feeling all the fall vibes 🍁🍂.
Ingredients:
1 C gluten free Rolled Oats
1.5 tsp baking powder
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/4 c maple syrup
1 scoop protein powder (I use vanilla here)
2 tbsp peanut butter (@teddiepeanutbutter is my fave 🙌🏼)
1 large ripe banana
2 eggs
¼ c almond milk
1 tbsp enjoy life chocolate chips
Preheat oven to 350°. Place all ingredients (except chocolate chips) in blender and blend until smooth. Pour into 1 8x8 baking dish or 2 individual crocks. Sprinkle with chocolate chips. Bake 20-25 mins (less if you prefer gooier consistency, longer if you prefer more cake-like).
