Mug cakes
Mug cakes are my WEAKNESS. (collecting mugs is a weakness of mine too- anyone else get a city Starbucks mug everywhere they go?!)

They feel decadent, cozy, and filling 🥰. This one packs a big protein punch with salty + sweet flavors- perfect for breakfast topped with granola, as a snack on the go, or with a scoop of your fave vanilla ice cream 🍨 for dessert

PB Protein Mug Cake:
1/2 ripe banana, mashed
1 scoop (or 2 tbsp) protein powder (I used vanilla here, but chocolate would be good too!)
1 heaping tbsp of natural peanut butter (@teddiepeanutbutter is my ultimate fave)
1 egg yolk
1 tbsp almond milk
1/4 tsp baking powder
1 tbsp dairy free chocolate chips (optional)

Combine all ingredients in your fave mug. Microwave 1 min. Let cool, top with desired extras, and enjoy!
