WHAT IS THE COST OF SIX WEEK PROGRAM?

The cost for the 6 week program is $249 (which breaks down to $41.50/week, or a little over $5.50/ day).  After the 6 week program, you’ll be able to enter into the VIP program for $79/month.

DO I HAVE TO FAST?

Intermittent Fasting has a great deal of benefits, including improved sleep, digestion, and decreased bloating. Many of my clients settle between a 12-14 hour daily fast (i.e. not eating between 8pm-8am or 8pm-9am) which feels natural for them. However, intermittent fasting is NOT a requirement for my program, and personalized recommendations will be made for each client based on their health history, age, etc.

WHAT IF I DON'T WANT TO COUNT MACROS?

Macro tracking is scientifically proven to help you hit your goals- it’s data driven information about the content and quality of food you’re putting in your body! However, for some clients, tracking and logging food can be triggering. In that case, I encourage my clients to eat a whole foods diet rich in protein. Some clients are comfortable only tracking protein intake.  If the hesitation with tracking is the time/effort, then I encourage you to consider your goals! Many of us have goals but are resistant to put the time in to systems that actually work vs quick fixes- so think of learning to track macros as an up front investment that will payout tenfold in time!

WHAT BREAKS YOUR FAST? WHAT CAN I HAVE WHILE FASTING?

Anything over 50 calories, with fiber, carbs, or artificial sweeteners will break your fast. While fasting, enjoy black coffee, nutpods or nut milk up to 50 calories, unsweetened tea, and water.

WHAT SUPPLEMENTS DO YOU TAKE?

​Personally, I am currently taking BCAAs, creatine, AG1, and magnesium citrate

CAN I STILL DO MY OWN WORKOUTS?

Yes, you can absolutely incorporate your current workout faves into our programming- but I urge you to give our workouts a try! Our strength workouts are programmed incredibly well, with progressive overload, and designed to be quick + effective with maximum results!

I HAVE A SIGNIFICANT WEIGHT LOSS GOAL. IS THIS PROGRAM RIGHT FOR ME?

​Absolutely! A significant weight loss goal is best achieved using sustainable results that won’t leave you feeling burnt out, hungry, and frustrated. You’ll learn cutting edge strategies that will give you big results, and learn the tools and techniques that you can actually commit to, long term.

I HAVE AN EXTREMELY BUSY SCHEDULE AND TRAVEL FREQUENTLY. IS THIS SOMETHING I CAN REALISTICALLY DO?

​Yes! Most of us are operating on a busy schedule these days, and finding it harder and harder to fit in “me” time.  FASTer Way takes care of that by keeping workouts short and effective, at your fingertips on the app, on demand to do whenever you can, and with modified options for each move if you have limited equipment (like in a hotel room!).  If you travel frequently, be sure to grab a set of our strength bands to toss in for a workout on the go!

WHAT EQUIPMENT DO I NEED TO PARTICIPATE IN THIS PROGRAM?

​Ideally: a set or two of dumbbells- one light-medium, one medium-heavy.  I completed the first year of the program with a set of 5s, 8s, and 10s. If you can, also grab a set of bands (the bands can actually be used WITH dumbbells to increase resistance).  You can also do all the workouts body weight only!
