My goal is to help you live a healthy, balanced lifestyle and feel confident, strong, and energized throughout your day! I'm a mom of 3 kiddos (7, 5, and 2) and a fitness, nutrition, and wellness coach for women who are trying to juggle all the things! In between shuttling my kids to school and activities, you'll find me spending time outdoors (the beach is my fave spot!), enjoying an iced coffee (year-round) walking my (elderly) pup, playing tennis with friends, volunteering at my local food pantry, chatting with clients, or cooking up a fun new recipe. I spend a lot of time in the kitchen- I absolutely love trying new recipes and showing my clients that eating healthy doesn't have to be limiting or boring. I also love strength training and showing my clients how incredible they can feel from a quick + effective strength workout- inside and out!

Emily is one of the most empowering women I have ever met. When the opportunity became available to participate in her six week program, I jumped in with both feet. After some family health scares and a lot of thinking, I realized that I needed to change my overall health. As a mom of two boys I have been looking for something sustainable and non-restrictive that fits into my crazy and ever-changing schedule. Nothing worked until I found this program with Emily. I can eat the foods I love without having to deprive myself or cut things out (like carbs), and I no longer worry about numbers on the scale (which for me are not a big loss). I have found balance, I enjoy working out, my energy is better, my sleep is better, and my progress is noticeable. There is no falling off the wagon here, only learning lessons and moving forward. I am happy to have found something that works and makes me feel better all around!
I had been feeling the need to reset and do something to care for myself. After lots of life transition and being home with three littles, the Faster Way 6-week round sounded just right. I dove in with Emily as my coach and I learned so much! I learned what kind of foods my body needs each day and I created a habit of thinking ahead about what I would eat instead of flying by seat of my pants. My absolute favorite part has been the workouts. They line up with the food cycle (which makes so much sense!) and are thoughtfully curated. I haven't felt this athletic and strong in a long time. It feels good to take care of myself!
